How we match you with the right law firm.

Whether you’re a private individual or a business, the process is built to be simple, fast and transparent — including fees and expectations.

You tell us your situation.
You share the basics of your matter: country, type of issue (for example: contract, dispute, immigration, corporate setup), your rough budget and any timing constraints.

We shortlist suitable firms worldwide.
We look across the alliance to identify firms that actually fit: jurisdiction, experience, language, and realistic fee levels. If we can’t serve you properly, we’ll tell you that too.

You see options and fee structures.
We present one or more recommended firms and explain the typical fee models they use (fixed fees, hourly rates, staged retainers, etc.), aligned with the budget range you’ve given us.

You choose who to instruct.
You decide whether to move forward, and with which firm. The engagement letter and legal advice are directly between you and the law firm; WHR Alliance does not give legal advice itself.

Ongoing coordination if needed.
For more complex cross-border matters, we help coordinate between multiple firms so you don’t have to project-manage different time zones and jurisdictions on your own.
