Legal & Compliance
This page provides important legal and regulatory information about the WHR Alliance platform, its role, and its limitations. If you have questions, you may contact us directly.
1. Nature of WHRAlliance
WHR Alliance is an international coordination and partnership platform that connects private individuals and businesses with independent law firms. WHR Alliance is NOT a law firm, does NOT provide legal advice, and does not participate in the attorney-client relationship between you and any firm you may choose to engage.
Any legal advice is provided exclusively by the law firm you instruct, under its own regulatory framework.
2. Independence of member firms
Each member law firm is an independent entity. No partnership, agency, or joint venture is created by joining WHR Alliance. Member firms retain full control over their partners, staff, management, fees, and regulatory compliance.
3. Referral and collaboration arrangements
WHRAlliance may suggest suitable law firms based on your needs, budget and jurisdiction. You remain free to choose whether to engage any suggested firm.
Referral arrangements between WHR Alliance and member firms, if applicable, do not impose additional charges on clients without disclosure. Fee agreements between firms are agreed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Confidentiality
WHR Alliance treats your enquiry as confidential and only shares information with potential law firms when necessary to assess suitability. Once you engage a law firm, that firm's confidentiality and professional rules apply.
5. Limitation of liability
WHR Alliance is not responsible for the legal work performed by any member firm or for outcomes of any legal matter. Engagements, advice, fee structures and actions are the responsibility of the law firm you instruct.
WHR Alliance makes no guarantees regarding the success of any legal matter or the performance of any independent law firm.
6. Regulatory information
WHR Alliance is not subject to legal-professional regulation applicable to law firms. Member firms remain responsible for their own regulatory obligations in their respective jurisdictions.
Cross-border matters may be subject to local, EU, or international rules depending on the nature of the engagement.
7. Data and privacy
WHR Alliance processes your information only for the purpose of handling your enquiry, facilitating introductions, and operating the alliance. Full details are described in our Privacy Policy.
